Job summary

Landry's, LLC. is seeking a Steward Supervisor to oversee kitchen cleaning teams and maintain equipment and inventory. You will ensure compliance with food safety regulations and support in daily operations.

The role requires managing large banquet events, adapting to flexible schedules including nights and weekends, and delivering excellent guest experiences through strong teamwork and organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ year stewarding management experience in similar environments preferred.
• 2+ years hotel management experience preferred.
• Experience handling large banquet events of 200+ people preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive tasks.
• Moderate computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to change oil in a deep fryer and manage fryer operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff responsible for cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Assist in cleaning equipment and areas as needed.
• Maintain inventory control for kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Deliver stock from receiving and store it properly.
• Remove kitchen waste and grease; manage disposal.
• Ensure kitchen floors and cookers are clean and safe.
• Maintain safety and security of staff and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
