Qualifications

• 1+ year stewarding management experience preferred.
• 2+ years hotel management experience preferred.
• Experience handling large banquets (200+ attendees).
• Flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Guest service mindset to create memorable experiences.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork.
• Ability to operate fryer and drain oil.
• Maintain clean, well-organized storage and kitchen areas.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning of kitchen equipment, pots, and pans.
• Oversee dishwashing, china, silverware, and glassware handling.
• Transport and store stock from receiving areas.
• Manage waste and grease disposal.
• Keep kitchen floors clean and safe.
• Ensure safety and security of staff and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
