BENCHMARK is looking for an experienced Steward to join our kitchen team at the StateView Hotel in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is vital in providing key services for our culinary teams and ensuring a smooth, sanitary environment.

The ideal candidate will have housekeeping experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to engage positively with guests. Compensation is $16.00 per hour with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience is desirable.

• Ability to use time wisely to accomplish tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a daily sanitation log for the dish machine and pot wash sink.
• Ensure work areas are ready and communicate any unready items.
• Lead green initiatives by properly recycling materials.
