Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, walls, and equipment.
• Dispose of waste and recycling, ensuring bins are emptied and cleaned.
• Organize kitchen supplies and replenish stock as needed for smooth operations.
• Clean and maintain ovens, grills, fryers, and refrigerators.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination.
• Maintain the dining area cleanliness, including tables and chairs.
• Follow health and safety regulations to keep a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure efficient service.
• Respond to spills or emergencies that require cleaning.
