Qualifications

• Two+ years of post-high school education; culinary education desirable.
• Five+ years of employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of kitchen principles and food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily production, prep, and presentation for hotel restaurants and room service.
• Lead HR activities in kitchen: hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, reviews.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and equipment; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Control labor and food costs; prepare reports to meet budgets.
• Assist Executive Chef; contribute to menus and seasonal items; cover executive duties when needed.
