Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily kitchen production, preparation, and presentation in hotel dining.
• Lead and develop kitchen staff; hire, train, schedule and coach as needed.
• Monitor labor and food costs; ensure compliance with safety and HEI standards.
• Assist Executive Chef with menu costing and seasonal/menu changes.
• Maintain high standards for sanitation and guest experience.
