Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation standards.
• Ability to operate a dishwasher and related cleaning equipment.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to read labels and communicate.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Ability to perform duties with in extreme temperatures.
• Manual dexterity to load/unload dishwasher and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes and other cooking utensils; restocks clean glasses, silverware and plates.
• Performs general cleaning to stay in compliance with health department.
• Puts away food stock and dry goods in their proper location, rotating FIFO.
• Removes trash from containers and takes it to the dumpster on loading dock.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect hotel needs.
