Responsibilities

• Maintain daily sanitation log for dishwashing area.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans and glassware.
• Ensure chemical levels are correct in dish machine.
• Practice energy and water conservation; report leaks.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen workspace.
