• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans efficiently.
• Ensure all kitchen items are sanitized and stored according to health and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Assist with removal of trash and recycling from kitchen and restaurant areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly.
• Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and prep tasks as needed.
• Restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies in designated storage areas.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly.
