Job summary

The Waymark Hotel, operated by Concord Hospitality, seeks an enthusiastic dishwasher to join our hotel kitchen team. You will handle dishwashing duties, keep dishware and utensils clean, and maintain a sanitary kitchen environment to meet hotel presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Polish stainless steel and silverware to hotel presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, kitchen floors, walls, vents, and work surfaces.
• Clean spills promptly to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
• Empty, clean, and return trash bins as needed.
• Assist with deep cleaning and special cleaning projects.
