Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a Kitchen/Pantry Cook to prepare culinary items for hotel guests, ensuring high-quality presentation and dining experience. This role emphasizes fast, accurate execution and adherence to production standards.

You will work in pantry, fry stations, and other kitchen areas, following recipes and safety guidelines while supporting daily service and guest satisfaction at our resort properties.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Benefit of culinary certificate or degree is preferred.
• Experience in food/beverage service environments (3–6 months) is desired.
• Knowledge of using industrial ovens and cooking ranges is required.
• Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Manage prep ahead of time to match estimated needs.
• Monitor per-order specs and keep stations organized.
• Rotate perishables and maintain proper temperatures.
• Assist in stocking buffet and keeping areas clean.
