Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with inventory, and collaborating with front-of-house staff. Weekend, evening, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cook or in a similar hospitality role.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients and presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes per hotel menu.
• Ensure dishes are cooked to correct specifications and quality.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, storage and sanitation procedures.
• Assist in managing kitchen inventory and report issues.
• Work with kitchen and front-of-house staff for timely delivery.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and tools.
• Support with cleaning and organization of workstations.
