Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong culinary techniques and food safety knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality and consistency.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for culinary excellence and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes from the assigned station with precision.
• Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating standards to maintain consistency.
• Read and process food tickets accurately to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards always.
• Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams for seamless service.
• Assist with daily prep tasks, ingredient stocking, and kitchen setup.
• Ensure storage and production areas are organized and maintained.
• Adhere to health department sanitation requirements.
• Support chefs and sous chefs with enthusiasm.
