Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Culinary training/certification as Cook from a recognized school.
• At least 1 year of experience cooking in upscale, high-volume hotel or restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organize work area with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and rotate all food products to ensure freshness.
• Prepare and store raw food items prior to cooking and service.
• Follow standardized recipes for cold items and plating guidelines.
• Adhere to portion controls and minimize waste.
• Plate foods according to presentation standards and timing.
