Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of documented cook experience.
• Must have or obtain food handler card or ServSafe within 30 days of hire.
• English reading, writing and speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Perform main line cooking and production duties as assigned.
• Review daily needs with supervisors, complete production sheets, and verify supply needs.
• Assist in menu and recipe development.
• Ensure quantity and quality control with sanitation of areas.
• May assist in supervising kitchen staff and coordinating helpers.
• Maintain sanitation and storage for food production equipment.
