Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Dexterity to operate food machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and move goods on a continuous schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards, per server checks.
• Start items prepared ahead of time, avoiding over-preparation.
• Date and rotate perishables per HEI standards and keep temperatures proper.
• Check pars for shift usage and plan necessary prep and line setup.
• Note stock shortages and assist in keeping buffet stocked.
• Return unused items to proper storage with date/covering.
