Qualifications

• Experience with maintaining and setting up food production and quality control.
• Ability to follow standard recipes and guest check instructions.
• Basic math skills to follow recipes and requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all food items according to standard recipes and/or guest checks to ensure consistency.
• Inspects and selects food items and maintains proper storage and rotation to ensure quality.
• Reads recipes, follows math calculations for quantities and portion sizes.
