Job summary

Quorum Hospitality is seeking a Cook for Inn at the Pier, Curio Collection by Hilton in Pismo Beach, CA. You will prepare meals across our cafe, restaurant, room service, and events, while maintaining cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum of prior cook or kitchen experience.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Unexpired Food Handlers Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Master the menu and ensure consistent quality.
• Keep storage areas clean and organized; set up stations before opening.
• Prepare dishes with precision according to recipes and standards.
• Follow Clean As You Go policy to keep the area safe and spotless.
• Breakdown buffets and kitchen line; store food and equipment properly.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and manage food storage and inventory.
