Job summary

JLL in Chicago is seeking a Hotel & Hospitality Group Analyst to join the Investment Sales team, supporting listings, marketing, and closing real estate transactions. The role requires hospitality and real estate experience and involves building financial projections and asset valuations under supervision.

You will input data into valuation models, gather economic and demographic data, assist with presentations and due diligence, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required in Business Finance, Hotel Administration, and/or Real Estate Finance.
• Strong quantitative, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Support listings, marketing and closing real estate transactions for hotels.
• Input P&L data into valuation models and develop pro forma projections under supervision.
• Prepare preliminary asset valuations using DCF, income capitalization, IRR, comps.
• Gather economic and demographic data for deal materials and presentations.
• Assist in preparing presentations, offering materials and due diligence.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and support due diligence processes.
