Job summary

JLL is seeking an Analyst for the Hotels & Hospitality Group in Denver to support the debt capital markets team. You will prepare presentations, financing memorandums, and asset valuations, while handling due diligence and debt sizing analysis with a focus on hospitality real estate transactions.

The role requires experience in finance, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with potential travel.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Business Finance, Hotel Administration, or Real Estate Finance.
Strong academic record.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Support Hotels & Hospitality Group team in debt capital markets transactions.
Prepare presentations, financing memorandums, and asset valuations.
Manage due diligence processes and debt sizing analysis.
Conduct preliminary asset valuations using DCF, income capitalization, IRR, comps.
Assist in client communications on technical matters and marketing campaigns.
