Mystic Lake Hotel in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a Housekeeping Inventory Coordinator to manage hotel amenities, soft goods, case goods and consumables. You will oversee the inventory process, coordinate with vendors, and ensure optimal stock levels across housekeeping operations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and collaboration with internal teams to forecast needs and improve efficiency within a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related coursework preferred.
• 1+ years in inventory management or related ops in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience receiving, stocking, organizing, and distributing supplies.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and store supplies.
• Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Forklift and Manlift certification required within three months of start date.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates and manages procurement of materials and supplies.
• Receives, moves, unpacks and stocks supplies; maintains storage areas.
• Maintains accurate inventory records; monitors levels and audits.
• Tracks depreciation of owner supplied equipment in guest rooms.
• Forecasts demands/purchases; prepares reports.
• Stays current on supply chain trends and notifies leadership.
• Develops relationships with suppliers and vendors.
