Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for Hotel Housekeeping. You will manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of amenities, soft goods, and consumables, ensuring optimal stock levels and collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities include receiving and stocking supplies, maintaining inventory records, and forecasting needs to stay ahead of demand. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for success in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of inventory management or related operational experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced operational environment (hospitality, healthcare, retail, or large enterprise).
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
• Physical ability to lift/move/store supplies as required.
• Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Forklift and Manlift certification required within three months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages procurement of materials and supplies, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Receives, moves, unpacks and stocks supplies; maintains organization of housekeeping storage areas.
• Maintains accurate inventory records, monitors supply levels, and conducts regular inventory audits.
• Tracks depreciation of owner supplied equipment in guest rooms.
• Collaborates with internal teams to forecast demands/purchases and prepares necessary reports.
• Stays current on trends and impacts regarding supply chain and elevates possible impacts to leadership.
• Develops and maintains relationships with suppliers and vendors.
