Qualifications

• 2+ years HR/recruitment experience in NYC/major market.
• Fluent in Spanish; working knowledge of other languages helpful.
• Experience with high-volume talent acquisition.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must follow basic safety procedures and precautions.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a team environment and welcome feedback.
• Able to lift, push or pull 50 pounds.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; ATS experience.

Responsibilities

• Build professional and informative interactions with partners.
• Precisely and effectively complete all allocated assignments.
• Monitor, review and assess applicants through job boards; maintain postings; coordinating interviews.
• Crafting job postings as necessary.
• Onboarding/offboarding applicants.
• Aid in management of personnel files, I-9’s, & other compliance matters, etc.
• Maintain applicant, interview and logs.
• Follow the most recent state and government legislative codes, laws, and prerequisites.
• Identifying issues, creating or providing solutions to ensure guest-related issues are resolved promptly.
• Travel to site location throughout NYC.
