Job summary

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and administrative HR processes at the Grand Hyatt Nashville location. You will ensure smooth HR operations, confidentiality, and excellent associate experience.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, new hire orientation, benefit administration, and collaboration with HR leaders to strengthen local recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of office experience, preferably in a human resources role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits available; HSA option may apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation, brand training, company training and support benefits administration.
• Partner with HR leaders to develop recruitment strategies with local colleges, trade schools, universities, and diverse organizations.
• Analyze and improve organizational practices: recordkeeping, forms control, office layout, performance standards.
• Coordinate and prepare operating reports: time and attendance, new hires, terminations, open jobs, transfers, budgets, performance data.
• Compile, store, retrieve management and personnel data as needed.
• Create and participate in internal colleague events.
• Administer employee recognition program.
• Provide daily support to associates; address inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain HR office operations, supplies, and resources (nametags, equipment).
• Exchange visitor Internship Program administration.
• Other duties as assigned.
