Excel Hotel Group in San Diego is seeking a Housekeeping Houseperson to perform cleaning and maintenance of public areas and guest rooms on a day or night shift. The role includes delivering amenities, assisting with laundry, and monitoring premises while guiding staff and guests to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

The position requires friendly, service-oriented interaction with guests, adherence to standards, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and standing/walking for long periods.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years related work experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours in a day.
• Ability to lift push pull up to 50lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Approaches all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Complies with company, hotel, and brand standards to ensure safe and efficient hotel operation.
• Completes stocking and organizational duties for housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Carries a communication device and responds to calls.
• Delivers guest requests (extras, amenities) to guest rooms.
• Removes trash and debris from corridors, public areas and related spaces.
• Keeps rooms, closets, halls, and public areas clean and orderly.
