Excel Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean public areas and assist with guest rooms and laundry duties at our Escondido property. You will deliver amenities, keep guest areas tidy, and support daily housekeeping tasks to ensure a great guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in housekeeping or janitorial work, can stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow directions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours in a day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must follow verbal directions and complete tasks on schedule.

Responsabilités

• Approaches all encounters with guest and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Complies with company, hotel, and brand standards which encourage a safe and efficient hotel operation.
• Thoroughly cleans and maintains guest rooms according to standards—Including vacuuming carpet; changing linens; polishing mirrors; cleaning sink, toilet, tub, shower walls, shower curtain and floors.
• Completes all stocking and organizational duties, including stocking guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
