Arbor Lodging is seeking a Houseperson to uphold cleaning and maintenance standards across designated hotel areas and respond to guest requests to ensure exceptional service. The role supports housekeeping and front-of-house teams, with duties including stocking, delivering items, and assisting with various room amenities.

The position emphasizes teamwork, reliable communication with management, and the ability to lift and move items as needed.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Assure cleanliness of hotel grounds, entrances, storage facilities, trash areas, guest and back-of-house hallways, elevators, staircases, and guest rooms.
• Communicate efficiently with managers regarding maintenance issues, room damage, or missing property.
• Interact with teammates and guests in a friendly and professional way.
• Deliver items to hotel guests as directed.
• Assist with TV remotes, TV boxes, thermostats, jacuzzi tubs, light fixtures, phones, and moving furniture.
