Arbor Lodging Management is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper/Room Attendant to clean and service guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience for guests. You will address inquiries politely and maintain high cleanliness standards across assigned floors.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the capacity to work independently or with a team. Previous hotel experience and a professional attitude are preferred.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma preferred.
• Hotel experience is desirable.
• Experience with cleaning equipment is a plus.
• Professional attitude is required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare rooms for cleaning and service guest rooms.
• Make beds and dust rooms and furniture.
• Replenish guestroom and bathroom supplies.
• Clean the bathroom and closet; vacuum and rack carpet.
• Check rooms for safety and security; respond to guest requests.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work extended periods as needed.
• Work independently or with a team as assigned.
• Handle guest calls, requests and complaints professionally.
