Cambria Hotel Bend is seeking a dedicated houseperson to maintain clean public areas including hallways, meeting rooms, and lobbies while delivering guest-requested items to rooms. This role requires strong customer service skills and a willingness to assist with special housekeeping projects.

Responsibilities

• Walk all assigned floors at beginning of the shift and collect trash, soiled linen, and other items per management requests.
• Retrieve clean linens from housekeeping storage facilities and distribute them to each floor.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, furnishings, flooring, lobby, and other work areas.
• Anticipate, listen intently, and respond quickly to visitors' requirements to provide the best quality of service.
• Make deliveries to guest rooms for guest-requested items such as amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, bedding, and linens.

We need a multi-talented individual who can perform a variety of tasks. Responsibilities include keeping hotel public areas clean such as hallways, meeting rooms, and lobbies. You will also make deliveries to guest rooms for guest-requested items such as amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, bedding, and completing any special projects as directed by housekeeping managers.
