The Industrialist in downtown Pittsburgh is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and brand standards.

You will train staff, inspect spaces, manage supplies, and coordinate scheduling while delivering outstanding guest experiences at a vibrant urban property with easy access to transit and local amenities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of housekeeping experience in a hotel.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience with housekeeping software or PMS systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff during daily operations.
• Inspect rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and brand standards.
• Assist with training new employees on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Ensure carts, closets, and supply rooms are clean, stocked, and organized.
• Address guest requests and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Report maintenance concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor productivity and assist with scheduling and labor management.
• Maintain records of inspections, assignments, and supply usage.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and company policies.
