BENCHMARK is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Pittsburgh, overseeing daily housekeeping operations and ensuring the highest cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas. The candidate must have at least 6 months of experience in housekeeping, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar housekeeping position.
• Strong attention to detail and caring personality.
• Excellent time-management and communication skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift at least 25 lbs.
• Capacity to operate cleaning equipment and carts weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate daily workflow and distribution of duties for housekeeping staff.
• Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and evaluations.
• Assist with inventory of linens and supplies.
• Report maintenance needs and ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Provide coverage for callouts and increased house counts.
• Collaborate with Front Desk Supervisor and other departments.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
