• Maximize room revenue and occupancy through daily status reviews
• Prepare staff schedules based on business forecast and productivity needs
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Accounting as needed
• Maintain cash handling and adherence to credit policies
• Attend required meetings and participate in MOD coverage
