Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills and leadership ability.

Responsibilities
- Assign guest room attendants, heavy porters, and specialty crews.
- Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of guestrooms and public areas.
- Assist in hiring and staffing of the housekeeping department.
- Coordinate and support training for staff and porters.
- Ensure safe handling of chemicals and staff safety procedures.
- Schedule staff to cover hotel operations and overtime payroll.
- Provide supplies, equipment, and linen to functional areas.
- Utilize systems to track employees, supplies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain operations.
- Respond to guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.
- Protect confidential Ocean Casino Resort information.
