Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular training sessions for housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
• Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping services.

Skills

Knowledge of housekeeping principles
