Job summary

A lakeside inn and marina is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee operations and maintain cleanliness standards. You'll provide support to the housekeeping team, ensuring all areas are well-kept and presentable for guests. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required (training provided).
• Ability to provide friendly, professional service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Inspect VIP rooms, guest rooms, and all public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Maintain accurate inventory and order linens and supplies for housekeeping operations.
