Lodging Host Hotel Corp. in Austin, TX is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor/Housekeeper at Homewood Suites Austin - South/Airport. The role leads and trains the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional guest room cleanliness and service standards.

The position reports to the hotel leadership, includes supervising room attendants, ensuring inventories meet quality standards, and coordinating with Maintenance to address room issues. Bilingual English/Spanish helpful for guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a hotel housekeeper, minimum 1 year.
• Supervisor experience preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Room Attendant and/or Executive Housekeeper duties in the Executive's absence.
• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
• Clean, inspect, and assess inventory of rooms.
• Track status of rooms throughout the cleaning process.
• Monitor work schedules, lost and found program, storage rooms, cleaning carts, and designated inventories.
• Communicate and coordinate with Maintenance to ensure repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
