Job summary

Marriott Austin North is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations, manage Room Attendants and House Attendants, and ensure exceptional cleanliness across all facilities. You will train staff, monitor inspections, and report to the Housekeeping Manager when needed.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and 2-3 years in hospitality, with supervisory experience preferred, and a passion for safety and top-quality service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of hotel or related experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Lead and train Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and a positive approach.
• Manage safety processes such as key control and access to sensitive areas.
• Maintain high sanitation and cleanliness standards across all facilities and equipment.
