Job summary

Qualifications
- 1+ years of housekeeping supervisory/management experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Must be bilingual.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations and staff scheduling.
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness and brand standards.
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints with swift resolutions.
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance for room readiness and turnovers.
- Enforce safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
