Join Hyatt Regency Dulles in Herndon, Virginia as a Housekeeping Supervisor. Maintain building cleanliness and guest experience while directing the housekeeping team. You will hire and train staff, assign duties, inspect rooms, and ensure safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to grasp, lift, carry or move materials up to 100 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping staff; provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, resolve problems, and manage discipline as needed.
• Supervise and inspect cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assign duties and monitor supplies to control inventory and expenses while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries to maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Log items in Lost and Found and support incident response as needed.
