You will supervise and train Room Attendants and Laundry Attendants to meet hotel standards and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include leading the housekeeping team, ensuring safety and training compliance, and coordinating with hotel operations. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, 1 year housekeeping experience, detail-oriented,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be detail oriented with strong communication.
• Bi-lingual ability preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 75 pounds on a regular basis. significant bending required.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping team to ensure guest satisfaction by assigning, inspecting and recording housekeeping actions.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain standards and ensure safety.
• Direct staff performance, set goals and provide ongoing feedback.
• Attend department and hotel meetings to communicate plans and improvements.
