Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience preferred; must be detail oriented.
• Ability to communicate well with all levels within and outside the organization and with guests.
• Bi-lingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping team by assigning, inspecting, and recording actions; respond to guest concerns with service recovery.
• Conduct routine inspections; ensure chemical safety and proper procedures are followed; maintain safe work environment.
• Direct staff performance; provide feedback, coaching, and development; maintain training records.
