Qualifications

• High school education, hospitality management education preferred.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices highly preferred.
• Knowledge of housekeeping principles and practices along with proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to operate a computer, phone and other office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Assist in hiring, training, and supervising housekeeping staff, including room attendants and cleaners.
• Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms and common areas for cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Safety and compliance: Enforce safety protocols and PPE usage; ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Scheduling: Propose work schedules and assign tasks for adequate coverage and efficiency.
• Guest relations: Address guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with front desk and maintenance to meet guest service requests.
