Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 years housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel of similar size.
• Supervisory training or experience is desirable.
• Must speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect room attendants to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling and room assignments to ensure proper coverage.
• Monitor performance and enforce company rules and policies.
• Ensure staff are trained and have the tools needed.
• Maintain clean, well-equipped areas and log maintenance requests.
