Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years in hospitality with leadership experience.
• Ability to lead housekeeping and laundry teams.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, holidays.
• Proficiency in English; Portuguese/Spanish a plus.
• Experience with hotel PMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation of the assigned shift to maintain high standards.
• Coach and counsel housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to resolve issues before occupancy.
• Manage large turnover days including group check-ins/outs.
• Maintain inventory and supplies; assist with training and scheduling.
• Inspect and clean public areas to meet standards.
• Check all rooms daily for cleanliness.
