Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Walker, MI. This role leads the housekeeping and laundry teams to ensure high cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The supervisor will manage staff, schedules, payroll, and inventory while upholding safety and security standards.

The position requires prior hotel supervisory experience and strong leadership. Weekend hours are expected as part of a variable schedule in a hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hotel experience is a plus.
• Supervising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, interview applicants, conduct evaluations, coach and counsel employees.
• Ensure uniforms with name tags are proper and maintained daily.
• Assist General Manager with payroll, overtime monitoring, weekly forecasts, and schedules.
• Maintain inventory and prepare productivity reports.
• Inspect hotel areas daily to ensure cleanliness and security standards.
• Conduct monthly department meetings to review procedures and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in monthly Profit/Loss reviews.
• Maintain room status in the property management system and manage labor costs.
• Enforce emergency procedures and key control protocols.
