Shamin Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee staffing, assign tasks, and inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure top-quality cleanliness. You will train staff, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, detail orientation, and teamwork, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with guests.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and repair.
• Provide feedback to housekeeping staff to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and uniforms are available and in good condition.
• Train staff on safety standards and enforce them.
• Investigate accidents and implement preventive measures.
• Perform housekeeping tasks as needed (beds, vacuuming, cleaning).
• Track room status and update discrepancies throughout shifts.
• Handle opening and closing shift duties; manage heavy furniture as required.
• Notify maintenance of repairs and monitor cleanliness of exterior areas.
