Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Schedule room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and repairs.
• Provide feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality.
• Train associates on safety standards and enforce them.
• Complete accident investigations and prevent future incidents.
• Perform housekeeping duties: making beds, vacuuming, cleaning.
• Update status of discrepant rooms throughout shift.
• Handle opening and closing shift duties.
