Lodgco Hospitality's Residence Inn Ann Arbor North is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleaning and laundry operations and support the team in delivering exceptional guest service.

The role includes supervising staff, managing schedules and payroll tasks, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating daily room readiness and inventory while driving efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hotel experience is a plus.
• Supervising experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Housekeeping and Laundry staff, interview applicants, evaluate employees, coach and counsel, and promote teamwork and morale.
• Ensure team uniforms and name tags are present daily.
• Assist General Manager with payroll, overtime, forecasts, and weekly schedules.
• Complete inventory and productivity reports and other admin duties.
• Inspect hotel areas daily to meet cleanliness and security standards.
• Conduct monthly linen and supply inventories and purchase supplies.
• Lead monthly departmental meetings to review procedures and guest satisfaction scores.
