Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee room and public area attendants, ensuring cleanliness and service quality across guest spaces. You will schedule coverage, inspect rooms, coach staff, respond to guest requests, and coordinate with other departments to maintain guest satisfaction.

This role may involve physical duties and occasional overtime. Fluency in English and prior supervisory hospitality experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 years housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity, including supervisory training/experience.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and pushing and/or pulling approximately 200 pounds.
• Frequently standing up and moving about the facility.
• May work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect attendants to ensure product quality and guest service.
• Assist with scheduling and room assignments to ensure proper coverage.
• Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas for cleanliness and repair.
• Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments.
