Responsibilities

• Inspect guestrooms, meeting rooms, public spaces, and hallways for cleanliness and order; assist with cleaning as needed.
• Train and coach housekeeping staff on cleaning tasks and daily schedules.
• Conducts new employee training.
• Follow facility safety and security guidelines, ensure key control, emergency response, and proper chemical handling.
• Conduct regular tours of work areas, review housekeeping efforts and staff productivity; supplement team by cleaning when needed.
